Developed and Introduced the first ever academic courses for the development of University Teacher. Dr Rahaman was the team leader for the development of course framework and curriculum for the post-graduate diploma in higher education teaching (DipHET) course for the Bangladesh University of Professionals. He was the Project Coordinator for the project titlerd as Consulting Services for Consulting Service for Capacity Building of Government Officials Responding to the Crisis in Cox’s Bazar District [Contract No. ROSC-S-AF-30], Under ROSC-2 Project of Ministry of Primary and Mass Education, Government of Bangladesh, Funded by the World Bank [From January 14 to June 30] and Conducted study on the issues of education in the Cox's Bazar District both for Host and Forcibly Displaced Myanmer nationals in 2020-2021. Publiched a Book on Education in Emergencies, and Conducted a Research on
